  • 10:30 p.m. Indy 2009 Party hosted by the Indiana Federation

Saturday, November 11, 2006:

  • 9:00-11:45 a.m. Board meeting and County Chairman grassroots seminar, Brown Hotel
  • 12:00 p.m. Busses depart for Churchill Downs
  • 12:15 p.m. Arrive at Churchill Downs
  • Lunch on Millionaire’s Row
  • 1:15 p.m. Post time for the first race of the day
  • 4:00 p.m. Sponsor the “Young Republicans National Federation Stakes”
  • 5:45 p.m. Final race
  • 6:00 p.m. Board busses and depart for Brown Hotel
  • 6:15 p.m. Arrive at Brown Hotel for rest
  • 7:15 p.m. Depart for the Seelbach Hotel’s Grand Ballroom

  • 5:00 p.m. Dinner at the home of a Jefferson County member

Children’s Camp

Activities will be available throughout the weekend for children for a nominal fee. Please contact us at Reidy@LouisvilleYR.org if you will need this service and include the name(s) and age(s) of the child(ren). Spots for the children’s camp must be secured by October 10, 2006.
